What we collect

When you use the "Plan my trip" form, we collect the information you provide: desired destination, travel period, number of travellers, indicative budget, first name, email address, phone number (optional) and any wishes you add.

Why we collect it

Your request is used for one purpose: to put you in touch with a partner travel advisor who can prepare a tailored proposal for your trip. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

Who receives it

The information is transmitted to the partner travel advisor handling your request, solely for that purpose. It is not sold for advertising or shared with unrelated third parties.

How long we keep it

Your data is kept only for as long as needed to process your request and any resulting exchanges, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to the publisher, NEWP, at the registered office address above.
